This includes:

  • platform infrastructure
  • branding and trademarks

You may not reproduce or redistribute these materials without permission.

6. User Content

Users retain ownership of content they submit. By submitting content, you grant Tensor a license to process, analyze, store, and use the content to operate the platform.

7. Termination

Tensor may suspend or terminate access if users:

  • violate these terms
  • misuse the platform
  • threaten platform security.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: Tensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the services.

9. Disclaimer

Tensor services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding:

  • uptime
  • performance
  • accuracy
  • reliability.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
